Terms and Conditions AW8Pro — Member Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the AW8Pro platform, including the website, mobile app, games, financial services, and all other features provided by us. This Agreement takes effect immediately upon completion of your account registration or access to any part of our platform.

• Confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terrorism financing
• Multiple account ownership by the same individual
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Requests from competent authorities or relevant courts

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all legitimate funds will be returned to the registered bank account in the member's name once the final verification process is completed.

AW8Pro provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, there are certain limitations of liability that all members should understand.

• Initial Consultation: All complaints must first be submitted to the AW8Pro customer support team for resolution by mutual agreement within 14 working days.
• Complaint Escalation: If a complaint cannot be resolved at the first level, it will be escalated to a Senior Manager who will handle it within an additional 7 working days.
• Final Resolution: Disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to a qualified dispute resolution body recognised by the relevant authority.
